For all you magnificent lovelies who want a monthly treat delivered straight to your door, we have our Rolling Monthly Plan. For you luscious cuties who like a treat every now and then, we have created our bi-monthly option just for you! For you striking beauties who like to pick when you want to receive a treat, we bring you our luscious One-Off box.

All About Sunday's Box has been designed so that the facial, scented, and bath products in our monthly boxes will typically provide you with at least 4 pamper days, with all our goodies being paraben-free and cruelty-free.
Each month we will be carefully curating our cute boxes with 5-6 luscious goodies, so you can sit back and enjoy some much-needed time for yourself.
Each month our boxes are guaranteed to contain:
- A Facial Product,
- A Scented Product,
- A Bath/Shower Product,
- A Wellness Item Or Gift To Give Away (Or keep, we won't judge!)
- A Positivity Card, Print, Or Item.
Our products can typically range from; bath bombs, body scrubs, bath salts, facemasks, facial scrubs, facial oils, candles, wax melts, scented body butter, positivity cards, greeting cards, prints, planners, journals, mindful teas, accessories, little crafting kits, small homeware gifts. The list goes on! If you are lucky, you may even find a cheeky little, tasty treat for you to enjoy!
Yes! Don't worry we've got you covered, babe! We understand that a subscription can be daunting, that is why we have created a one-off box option that you can buy without any of the commitment.
Absolutely, we naturally include cut-off dates for all of our subscription options.
If you order one of our Rolling Monthly Subscriptions or our One-Off Box between the 1st - 19th of any month, you will be receiving that month's box. If you order a box on or between the 20th - to the last day of the month, you will receive the following month's box.
For our Bi-Monthly Subscription - You will receive the following month's boxes; April, June, August, October, December, and February.
You can order one of our boxes from the 1st of that month, up to the 20th of the following month (see below example). From the 20th - to the last day of the month, you will be purchasing the following bi-monthly box.
(Example: You order between the 1st April - the 19th of May, you will receive April's box, which will be sent out from the 22nd of April, if you order from the 20th of May - the 1st of June you will receive June's box, which will be sent out from the 22nd of June)
We use Royal Mail, and all our boxes are shipped from the 22nd of the month. We send your box via 2nd class and should be with you within 2-3 working days. Please allow a maximum of 14 working days from the date of your dispatch email for your box to be delivered. We will also inform you of any known delays (e.g pandemic, Christmas & New Year, bank holidays, or weather-related incidents)..

If you order a box on or after the 20th of the month you will be getting the following month's subscription box. Therefore, your next payment will be taken on the 1st of the following month after you received your box.
Example: If you order a monthly box on the 26th of February, your initial payment will be taken at the checkout and your box will be sent out on the 22nd of March. Then your monthly payment will start on the 1st of April and will continue thereafter until you cancel your subscription.
For our Bi-Monthly Subscription - Our Bi-monthly boxes run during April, June, August, October, December, and February.
You can order one of our boxes from the 1st of the above months, up to the 20th of the following month (see below example).
From the 20th - to the last day of the month, you will be purchasing the following bi-monthly box. Your payment will be taken at the time of the checkout and then on the next relevant bi-monthly month (see below for an example).

All our brands are from small and established British brands. We have sourced, and tested products from all over the UK, to bring you the very best of what Britain has to offer. What's more, we contribute towards the cost of the products that go into our boxes, helping other brands to grow and flourish as we do. We also aim to continue to work with most of the brands as they create new and exciting products for you to try.

We definitely don't have any hidden charges.
We have made sure to make our pricing clear throughout our website. That's why each of our products/plans will show the box cost, and delivery costs so you won't get any surprise charges at the checkout.
But for added transparency, our delivery charge is £2.95 per item.

Any new subscription has a 14-day cancellation period, and any existing rolling subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
How To Cancel A New Subscription.
We are sorry you have changed your mind, but should you wish to cancel you can do so within 14 days from the day after you first subscribed.
Should your order already have been dispatched, you will need to follow the Returns process (see FAQs).
To cancel a new plan before it has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and state '14-Day Cancellation' as the subject header. This is so we can prevent your box from being dispatched. In addition, we require you to provide your Name, Address, Email, and reason for cancellation, so we can make improvements where necessary.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to retain proof of any cancellation notice made within the 14-day cancellation period, should you need to provide this.
How To Cancel An Existing Subscription.
We will be sorry to see you go, but we hope you have enjoyed your boxes so far!
Our subscription works on a month-by-month basis, meaning should you decide to cancel simply log in to your All About Sundays Box account (visible at the top of the page) go to subscriptions, and press cancel.
Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state 'Cancellation' as the subject header. In addition, we require you to provide your Name, Address, Email, and reason for cancellation, so we can make improvements where necessary.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the end of the cancellation period. Which is the last day of the month. If you fail to do this, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be subscribed for that month. It is your responsibility to retain your proof of cancellation, should you need to provide this.
Firstly, thank you so much for shopping at All About Sundays Box, whilst we have tried our best to put together great boxes, we do understand that we won't be for everyone. In this instance, we have tried to make the process as simple and as transparent as possible.
We give everyone 14 days starting from the date you received your item(s, to inform us of any returns.
To return an item(s) you will need to email us at
e then aim to send you an acknowledgment of your request along with the return details within 2 working days. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us, from the date that we send you our acknowledgment email.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria;
- All items must be unopened, and unused,
- All protective seals must still be intact,
- They must be received by us in the same condition that you received them.
- Must be returned in their original packaging
We also request that you return your item(s) in the reusable mailer bag they were sent in, or another mailer bag where required, to avoid rain damage in transit.
Once we receive your return, all items are checked to make sure that the protective seals are still intact, and there is no damage. when we have carried out those checks, we will notify you that we have received your return, and update you on the status of your refund after inspection.
We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment unless an alternative payment method is agreed upon, and we will email you once your refund has been processed. Please allow the timeframe set by your card issuer's own policies (normally a maximum of 30 days) to receive your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, as outlined in our T&C's.
For any damages made during the return journey, we will be unable to process a refund. We also ask that you keep your return receipt as proof, should anything happen, to your return.

We hope this doesn't happen, however, we know everyone's skin is different. All About Sunday's Box takes reactions very seriously, though unfortunately they're out of our control and we can not be held responsible.
Every month as a standard, we make sure to list the ingredients on our subscription page, without giving away any spoilers. So we ask that you check this each month, or the packaging, and we also advise all our customers to perform a patch test 48 hours before using any of our featured products. This will hopefully avoid any unwanted, uncomfortable reactions. If you think there may be an item or ingredient(s) that you may be allergic to, we ask you not to risk it. Instead, why not gift this item to a friend or relative?

Yes, we are a registered business. We registered as a Sole Trader in November 2020, before we started trading, and received our UTR number shortly after we were approved.
