We also have our commitment-free selection! For you luscious cuties who like a treat every now and then without any renewal, we have created our One-Off Box option just for you! Our One-Off box is the same great box available as our current subscription box.

Each All About Sundays bi-monthly box has been carefully curated with 5-6 luscious goodies.
Each box is guaranteed to contain:

- A Positivity, Wellness, Theme Fitting Item Or Gift To Give Away (Or keep, we won't judge!).
We make sure each box has been carefully curated around the theme, with at least 2-to-3 habit-building products to help you build and form new healthier habits (don't worry we tell you how to use them!). All the facial, scented, and bath products in our bi-monthly boxes will typically provide you with at least 4 pamper experience days, which we include in our online digital bi-monthly magazine.

All of our orders are sent out via Royal Mails 2nd class service and should be with you within 2-3 working days, but please allow a maximum of 14 working days from the date of your dispatch email for your box to be delivered.
We will also inform you of any known delays (e.g pandemic, Christmas & New Year, bank holidays, or weather-related incidents).
Absolutely, we naturally include cut-off dates for our subscription options.

Any new subscription has a 14-day cancellation period, and any existing rolling subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
How To Cancel A New Subscription.
We are sorry you have changed your mind, but should you wish to cancel you can do so within 14 days from the day after you first subscribed.
Should your order already have been dispatched, you will need to follow the Returns process (see FAQs).
To cancel a new plan before it has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible at hello@allaboutsundaysbox.co.uk and state '14-Day Cancellation' as the subject header. This is so we can prevent your box from being dispatched. In addition, we require you to provide your Name, Address, Email, and reason for cancellation, so we can make improvements where necessary.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to retain proof of any cancellation notice made within the 14-day cancellation period, should you need to provide this.
How To Cancel An Existing Subscription.
We will be sorry to see you go, but we hope you have enjoyed your boxes so far!
Our Bi-Monthly subscription works on a rolling bi-monthly basis, meaning should you decide to cancel simply log in to your All About Sundays Box account (visible at the top of the page) go to subscriptions, and press cancel, before the 1st of the following months: February, April, June, August, October & December.
For our 3 or 6 Bi-Monthly Boxes, please make sure to cancel once you have received your final box and before the 1st of the following months: February, April, June, August, October & December.
Alternatively, you can email us at hello@allaboutsundaysbox.co.uk and state 'Cancellation' as the subject header. In addition, we require you to provide your Name, Address, Email, and reason for cancellation, so we can make improvements where necessary.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the end of the cancellation period. Which is the last day of the month. If you fail to do this, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be subscribed for that month. It is your responsibility to retain your proof of cancellation, should you need to provide this.
Firstly, thank you so much for shopping at All About Sundays Box, whilst we have tried our best to put together great boxes, we do understand that we won't be for everyone. In this instance, we have tried to make the process as simple and as transparent as possible.
It's worth noting that our policy is offered in addition to your consumer rights.
Returns
We give everyone 14 days starting from the date you received your item(s, to inform us of any returns.
To return an item(s) you will need to email us at hello@allaboutsundaysbox.co.uk and state 'RETURN' in the subject header.
Please include your, name, address, and email so we can locate your order. Once, we have received your notification, we then aim to send you an acknowledgment of your request along with the return details within 2 working days. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us, from the date that we send you our acknowledgment email.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria;
- All items must be unopened, and unused,
- All protective seals must still be intact,
- They must be received by us in the same condition that you received them.
- Must be returned in their original packaging
We also request that you return your item(s) in the reusable mailer bag they were sent in, or another mailer bag where required, to avoid rain damage in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, all items are checked to make sure that the protective seals are still intact, and there is no damage. When we have carried out those checks, we will notify you that we have received your return, and update you on the status of your refund after inspection.
All refunds will be processed to your original method of payment unless an alternative payment method is agreed upon, and we will email you once your refund has been processed.
Refunds should reach you within 14 working days however, we are aware that some financial providers can take slightly longer for a refund to reach your account. We ask that you allow the timeframe set by your card issuer's own policies (normally a maximum of 30 days) to receive your refund.
Please Note: If any item does not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to provide you with a refund, and you will need to arrange and pay for a collection for the returned goods.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable by us, as outlined in our T&C's.
Please note; You are responsible for the package until it has been received by us. So, we ask that you keep your return receipt as proof, should anything happen, to your return. In the event of any loss or damages made during the return journey, we would be unable to process a refund. In this instance, you would need to make a claim with your courier, and we would be happy to assist you where needed.

We hope this doesn't happen, however, we know everyone's skin is different. All About Sunday's Box takes reactions very seriously, though unfortunately they're out of our control and we can not be held responsible.
Should you have any reaction to a product, we advise you to contact the brand directly.
As a standard, we make sure to list the ingredients on our subscription page, without giving away any spoilers. So we ask that you check this each month, or the packaging, and we also advise all our customers to perform a patch test 48 hours before using any of our featured products. This will hopefully avoid any unwanted, uncomfortable reactions. If you think there may be an item or ingredient(s) that you may be allergic to, we ask you not to risk it. Instead, why not gift this item to a friend or relative?

Yes, we are a registered business. We registered as a Sole Trader in November 2020, before we started trading, and received our UTR number shortly after we were approved.
