We ask that you take the time to review carefully our terms and conditions, before continuing to access other areas of our website. Our terms and conditions describe your rights as a user and our rights relating to the provision of the service.
Acceptance Of The Agreement
This agreement is being made between you and All ABout Sunday's box. By continuing to use our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Should you unfortunately not agree with our terms and conditions; you will not be permitted to continue to access other areas of our website.
As we are hosted by a third party, we also suggest that you also read Subbly's Cookies policy which can be located at https://www.subbly.co/privacy.
Changes To The Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions from time to time. This will be to reflect changes in market conditions that directly affect our business, any made changes to our business by ourselves that directly impact you, changes in payment methods, technology, and any relevant laws or regulatory changes that impact how we run or operate our business.
Should we make any changes we will make all reasonable steps to inform you of these changes by email, using the agreed address provided by you. It is worth noting that we are not obliged to inform you of any modifications, and all modifications will be effective upon posting. With this in mind, we ask that you regularly check our terms and conditions for any new and important updates. By continuing to use our website, you are agreeing to any modifications that have taken place.
CONDITIONS OF USE
To use our website and services, you will be required to agree to the following conditions;
(a) You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. By continuing to access our website, services and placing any orders with All About Sundays Box, you are confirming that you are above the legal minimum age, you are the intended subscription payer or have the bill payers permission, and you are legally and mentally capable of entering into a binding contract with All About Sundays Box.
(b) As a user of our website, you are agreeing to never use another user's account, to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are acknowledging that it is your sole responsibility to inform us of any changes to the information you provided us with at the time of registration. When making a purchase on our site or creating an account, you agree never to disclose your account details or passwords to anyone else, and you accept sole responsibility for the activity that occurs on your account.
We advise that when you create an account with us; you make sure to use "strong" passwords using a combination of upper, lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols.
You may control your user settings, interactions, and changes to personal information by accessing the settings located on your customer account page.
(c) By providing All About Sundays Box with your email address you are agreeing for us to send you important service-related information such as changes to terms and conditions, disruption to service or deliveries, changes to features, technical issues, or any other notifications that impact how you use or access our website or services. We may from time to time also send you special promotions, news, or launches, when you sign up for our newsletter. However, you have the right to opt-out at any time, through your account, when you sign up for our newsletter, or via the unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email.
(d) Our products and services are for residents of the UK. All About Sunday's Box cannot accept orders from individuals living outside the UK, nor are we able to ship any of our products or services outside of the UK. We ask if that if are not currently living in the UK, or you are in the UK looking to send a gift internationally, that you do not attempt to place an order through All About Sundays Box. Any orders placed in these instances will be cancelled.
(e) All About Sundays Box does NOT permit the resale, illegal and unauthorised use, or the violation of any regulations or laws regarding the use of any products or services featured on our website. When you purchase a product(s) you are agreeing to the terms outlined above.
(f) Any misuse of our website in a way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website, or interferes with other users' access such as the transition of any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature, is not permitted. Nor will we allow our website or services to be used in a way that could be harmful, unlawful, illegal, abusive, objectionable, or in breach of any regulations.
(g) All content included on our website and other services is the property of All About Sundays box, our affiliates, or other relevant third parties. We remove all permission for the use of our content including; text, images, audio, data compilations, underlying code, software, or any other part of this website that is protected by copyright to be reproduced, distributed, modified, republish, downloaded, stored, any other form of transmission, or reuse for the purpose of disruption or illegal activity. By continuing to use our website and service, you are acknowledging that we prohibit the use of duplication, transmission, or the storing of electronic copies of our content and agree only to use our content for your own use.
It is your responsibility to make sure that our conditions are met, any breach or violation of the terms and conditions outlined in this document will result in immediate suspension or termination of your registration with immediate effect, and the possibility of copyright, trademark, and other enforcement action against you.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet the following standards as outlined by your consumer rights, these include;
(a) goods will be of satisfactory quality,
(b) be reasonably fit for the particular purpose for which the goods have been outlined for,
(c) conform to their description.

As a standard, we require all our brands to confirm to us that the products they are providing us with have undergone all the relevant testing required to meet all UK & EU safety regulations.
For hygiene reasons cosmetics cannot be returned if opened. All About Sundays Box therefore will place seals on the outer packaging of both the cosmetic product and its relevant outer casing, if no seal existed. We do not open, nor do we tamper with any of the products we have been provided with. Therefore as we do not touch any of the products' ingredients or formulas we will not be liable for any issues, reactions, or damages caused by any of our featured products. Should you have any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding products featured in our boxes these should be directed to the brand in question only. By continuing to use our featured products you are agreeing that we hold no liability.
All About Sundays Box has made every effort to provide you with a list of ingredients, both on our website and via the brand's packaging. As an extra standard, each month we will also be updating the ingredients section on our subscription page, with all our upcoming products, without any spoilers. We ask that you check this each month, and/or the packaging itself, and we also advise that all our customers perform a patch test 48 hours before using any of our featured products. By placing an order for our products or services, you are agreeing to perform these checks prior to the application of the products we provide you with.
All About Sundays Box takes reactions very seriously, though unfortunately they're out of our control and we again can not be held liable. Should you have any reactions or concerns about a product, we advise you to contact the brand(s) directly. If you think there may be an item or ingredient(s) that you may be allergic to, we ask you not to risk it.
Any information attributing to product application is for illustrative purposes only, and should not be construed as professional advice. No action should be taken based upon any information contained on our website or services. Should you require professional advice surrounding the application of a product, we suggest that you seek independent advice from a trained/licensed professional or contact the brand directly.
HOW OUR CONTRACT IS FORMED
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy products or subscribe to a subscription box, all orders are subject to acceptance. Acceptance will be confirmed by sending you a dispatch email to confirm that your order has been accepted and the product dispatched. The contract is not confirmed until we send you a dispatch email. Our subscriptions consist of one initial upfront charge and then recurring charges at a specific period, as agreed or chosen by you. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment plan and you accept responsibility for all charges prior to cancellation.
To terminate your authorisation, cancel your subscription or change your payment method, log in to your account or contact email@example.com for help. By subscribing you are agreeing to pay recurring subscriptions for an indefinite time until cancelled by either you or us. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged for cancellation. You can re-subscribe at any time, but we reserve the right to deny re-subscription for any reason. We also reserve the right not to renew your subscription at any time without giving any reasons for our decision.
PAYMENT TERMS & SPECIAL FEES
All payments and postage costs for a one-off box or a gift set will be made at the time of purchase and no further payment, fees, or charges will follow.
As a subscription service, you will pay for all fees outlined through our service information and checkout. All fees are based on the service terms we provide, not by the number of boxes you use, nor the number of products you use. When you purchase a termed service in advance, you are committed to that term with no part cancellation or refunds. All reoccurring fees will include the cost of the subscription box, postage, and the removal of any discounts applied at the checkout. Discounts used are intended only for your first box. Misuse of discount codes will result in further charges being applied on your next purchase. For returns, postage paid at the checkout and postage paid by you for returning the times is non-refundable. All plans will auto-renew once their term elapses.
Invoicing And Payment
When you purchase a product or service from us, you are required to provide us with valid and up-to-date debit or credit card information. When you provide us with your debit and credit card information you are authorising us to charge the relevant card with the outlined payment total disclosed that the checkout. You are also authorising any reoccurring monthly charges from the renewal of any subscription service that you signed up for until you cancel our service. This will be the total amount of the service minus any single-use discounts used at the time of checking out. By using any discounts provided by us to you, you are acknowledging that these are only single-use codes and that you agree to pay full payments for our service at renewal and thereafter.
Any payments for monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual services will be taken in advance. All services will auto-renew after their relevant billing cycles elapse.
Should your payment fail, we will not charge you any overdue charges. Notification of any failed payments will be sent to you via email, informing you that your payment has failed. In this instance, you should check the details we hold on file are still correct. We will continue to attempt to take the payment again, with a maximum of 3 attempts. Should you have lost or cancelled your bank card; this will prevent any future payments from coming out. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you are free to do so before the first of every month when your next payment is due.
Suspension Of Service
We reserve the right to suspend our service to you should your reoccurring payments continue to fail on a regular basis. Should you be facing any financial difficulties, you can pause or cancel your subscription on or before the last day of every month to avoid any embarrassment caused by failed payments.
Should we look to suspended our service to you, you will be notified using the email address provided by you. Therefore, it is your responsibility to make sure that your personal information is kept up to date. Should you fail to keep an up-to-date email address on your account and you do not receive notification of suspension of service, we will not be held responsible. By signing up to our service, you are agreeing to make sure that all payment and personal information is accurate and up to date, and that you have the payment owed to us available before the start of each new month.
Should a payment dispute arise, and you are disputing this in a reasonable manner we, in good faith we will not action any suspension of service. We will always work diligently to resolve any payment disputes unless we are threatened or verbally abused. In this instance, we will action suspension of service and will seek enforcement if needed.
By subscribing to our service through All About Sunday's Box, you are agreeing to enter into a contract with us. As stated in our fees, all of our subscription services consist of an initial charge, followed by reoccurring periodic charges as agreed by you.
By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and reoccurring payment feature and that you accept responsibility for all reoccurring charges prior to cancellation. This means we will submit periodic charges laid out by the service you agreed to without any further authorisation from you, until you opt out of auto-renewal on your account, using the 'cancel subscription' button.
All payments after the first initial payment will be taken on the 1st of every month. Payments that land on a Sunday or a public holiday will be taken the next business day.
The renewal payment schedule may change without prior notice at the discretion of All About Sunday's Box. By subscribing to our renewal service, you are agreeing to the terms layout above.
Changes In Fees
We may change fees for our services, add additional fees or additional charges at any time. This could either be as an increase or a decrease in costs. Such changes will become effective the following month after notification has been sent out to all active accounts. Should you hold an active subscription we will give you the option to cancel your subscription, before any changes in our fees take place.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Any new subscription has a 14-day cancellation period, and any existing rolling subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
How To Cancel A New Subscription.
We are sorry you have changed your mind, but should you wish to cancel you can do so within 14 days from the day after you first subscribed.
Should your order already have been dispatched, you will need to follow the Returns process (see FAQs).
To cancel a new plan before it has been dispatched, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and state '14-Day Cancellation' as the subject header. This is so we can prevent your box from being dispatched. In addition, we require you to provide your Name, Address, Email, and reason for cancellation, so we can make improvements where necessary.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to retain the proof of any cancellation notice made within the 14-day cancellation period, should you need to provide this.
How To Cancel An Existing Subscription.
We will be sorry to see you go, but we hope you have enjoyed your boxes so far!
Our subscription works on a month-by-month basis, meaning should you decide to cancel simply log in to your All About Sundays Box account (visible at the top of the page) go to subscriptions, and press cancel.
Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com and state 'Cancellation' as the subject header. In addition, we require you to provide your Name, Address, Email, and reason for cancellation, so we can make improvements where necessary.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the end of the cancellation period. Which is the last day of the month. If you fail to do this, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be subscribed for that month. It is your responsibility to retain your proof of cancellation, should you need to provide this.
We give everyone 14 days starting from the date you received your item(s), to inform us of any returns.
To return an item(s) you will need to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state 'RETURN' in the subject header.
Please include the following: your name, address, and email. This will allow us to locate your order. Once, we have received your notification, we then aim to send you an acknowledgment of your request along with the return details within 2 working days. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us, from the date that we send you our acknowledgment email.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria;
All items must be unopened and unused.
All protective seals must still be intact.
They must be received by us in the same condition that you received them.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, this includes our boxes.
We also request that you return your item(s) in the reusable mailer bag they were sent in, or another mailer bag where required, to avoid rain damage in transit.
Once we receive your return, all items are check to make sure that the protective seals are still intact, and there is no damage. When we have carried out those checks, we will notify you that we have received your return and update you on the status of your refund after inspection.
All refunds will be processed to your original method of payment unless an alternative payment method is agreed upon, and we will email you once your refund has been processed.
Refunds should reach you within 14 working days however, we are aware that some financial providers can take slightly longer for a refund to reach your account. We ask that you allow the timeframe set by your card issuer's own policies (normally a maximum of 30 days) to receive your refund.
Please Note: If any item does not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to provide you with a refund, and you will need to arrange and pay for a collection for the returned goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
Please note: You are responsible for the package until it has been received by us. So, we ask that you keep your return receipt as proof, should anything happen, to your return. In the event of any loss or damages made during the return journey, we would be unable to process a refund. In this instance, you would need to make a claim with your courier, and we would be happy to assist you where needed.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES, TERMS, AND RETURNS
All packages will be sent tracked, 2nd class via Royal Mail. When your purchase has been sent out, we will inform you of dispatch via email.
Royal Mail aims to have your order with you within 2-3 working days. When you give us your email and or mobile number at the checkout you are also giving us permission to pass this on to Royal Mail so that you can track your order.
All boxes come with a £4 charge, but we only charge you £3.95. Should our postage prices or courier change, we will inform you and update all the relevant information contained on our website and service.
Should you wish to return your order you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, and any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
You are solely responsible for the package until it has been received by us. You will not be eligible for a refund, nor will we offer an exchange for any damages or losses made during its return journey to us, from you. We ask that you consider insuring the return with your courier and we also ask that you keep your return receipt as proof, should anything happen to your return. In the event of any loss or damages made during the return journey, you would need to make a claim directly with the courier that you requested to return your order.
Products will also be at your risk from the point of delivery. This means once delivery has been made, we take no further responsibility for the shipment or the products, should you break or damage an item whilst in your procession we will not be looking to replace or refund that item.
In the case of missing or damaged products caused in transit before delivery, you must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date. In the case of a lost or missing box, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment. Any complaints received after 14 days of your box being shipped will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement.
You will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if there are any incorrect addresses provided by you or any unforeseen postal delays. When you purchase a product or service from us you are agreeing to take sole responsibility for ensuring that the shipping address provided by you is correct and kept up to date when you make a purchase or have an ongoing contract with us. We can not, and will not be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address, provided or not updated by you. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not refund or replace the order. When you make a purchase with us, you are agreeing that you are responsible for any losses due to incorrect or out-of-date details contained on your order, or held in your account information.
If you suspect you have given us the wrong address and you have not received a dispatch email please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also contact us on the provided email should you have any issues updating your address in your account settings.
When you purchase a product or service from us you are agreeing to these terms.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We will never intentionally mislead you regarding our products or services and we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the descriptions of goods and the images displayed on our website, social media, leaflets, brochures, emails, or any other form of advertising are to the best of our knowledge accurate. However, we do also acknowledge that from time to time errors may occur in relation to the description, size, colour, wording, or price of the products or services we provide. In these cases, we reserve the right to rectify, modify or remove the content from the website at our sole discretion without notice. We would like to note that we cannot guarantee that your computer, tablet, or mobile screen will accurately display the correct colour(s) of our products. By continuing to use our website and/or purchasing any of our services, you are acknowledging that you do not rely upon the information contained on our website, service, or any other material related to our services, products purchased or await purchase to make your decision. This also relates and extends down to our products and services received physically by you, which could be in the form of products, services, emails, brochures, leaflets, branded discount codes, product or brand advertisements, and any other information contained or related to any of the products you may have received by us.
Our website and services may at times also contain historical information and should be used as a reference point only. No historical information contained on this website, or service, should be seen as current, accurate, or in any form by way of advice. By continuing to read, use or recreate any historical information found on our website or service you are acknowledging that you do so at your own risk, and do not hold All About Sundays Box accountable.

All products and services that appear on All About Sundays Box are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or services we offer and to limit the sales of our products or service to any person or geographical region. It is also our reserved right to discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.
By continuing to use our website, service, or purchasing of a service or product, you are agreeing that you will not hold us accountable.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Similar to what we have already outlined, from time to time we may need to change or remove the prices of our products and service. We reserve the right to make these changes, whether it be to our prices, the removal of a product, service, or content at any time without notice. We will also not be liable to anyone, including yourself or our third parties for any changes we may make to our price(s), or removal of service(s).
As a subscription box, we at any point may find we need to change the price or make changes to our subscription service. This could either be an increase or a decrease in costs. These are determined by increasing or decreasing costs of our products, services, packaging, postage, VAT, or other related factors. Should this happen, and you have an active subscription we will notify you in advance of any change and we will give you the option to cancel your subscription. Should you have already have paid for that month's subscription box, and no extra money will be taken from your account until the following month. By continuing to purchase or subscribe to All About Sunday's Box, you are agreeing to these terms.
COMMUNICATION WITH YOU
You are forming a contract with us when you make a purchase with us. By forming a contact with us you are giving us permission to send you important communication surrounding your purchase, subscription, delivery, service updates, or personal information. Communication from us will be made electronically via email, and when you make a purchase or contract with us you are agreeing that the information sent by us complies with our legal requirement to keep you informed. We keep you informed with the relevant information only, and this is separate from our marketing mail list, which can be found below.
At times we may also need to send you emails that are not related to an order. These include removing, changing, or updating service or product information to comply with applicable laws or safety requirements. In this instance, if you have an active account with us, we will notify you of these changes using the email address provided by you at the time of registration. It is, therefore your sole responsibility to make sure that the information you provide is correct, and continually up to date. Should you not maintain accurate records you can not hold us liable for not receiving important updates to our terms, services, pricing, or any other information that directly impacts you. These emails do not affect your statutory rights. By purchasing or subscribing to All About Sunday's Box you are agreeing to these terms.
Our marketing emails are outwith your purchase and/or contact with us and therefore also separated from the emails outlined above.
When you sign up to our mail list, you are agreeing to allow All About Sunday's Box to send you special promotions, news, launches, discount codes, or other marketing material. However, you will always have the right to opt-out at any time, through your account, when you sign up, or via the 'unsubscribe button' at the bottom of every email.

When you purchase a product or service from All About Sundays Box we will be required to gather certain information, in order to process your order.
